These data enable us to either provide you the service you have requested us to, or allow us to deliver the products you ordered to you. Those data are either stored on one of MB Sportswears own servers, or on that of a third party. We will not merge these data with any other personal data at our disposal.
Deliveries In order for us to be able to take, process, and then deliver your order, we will need your name, email address, home address, bank details and phone number. These allow us to deliver the products you have ordered and, in turn, enable you to keep track of its progress. Should we need to, we may also forward your data to others, e.g. a courier, or postal service.
Personalisize Some of the products we offer are personalised items, e.g. a t-shirt boasting your name, or that of your companys. This will obviously require the use of your personal data. Should the production of such a product require us to, we may also forward your data to others.
Your Account If you create an account with us through our website, we will then store the following personal data about you, i.e. your name, home address, phone number, email address, delivery address and related data and your bank details. Doing so will offer you the comfort of not having to submit these over and over again, every time you place an order with us. We also store data on any of your previous purchases with us, allowing you to also have a record of these available to you at any time.
Corporate Clients Personal data will also be stored on the contacts listed with us for our corporate clients. In the event that these were to pertain to an individual, we would naturally treat these in the same manner we do the personal data of our other clients.
Purposes We neither collect, nor employ, information for any other purpose than the services and purposes described in this privacy statement, without your prior consent.
Third Parties Such information will not be shared with any third parties, save with our websites web application, i.e. the WordPress Woo Commerce system. The data will only be used to serve the purpose of said application and will not be forwarded beyond this. Your information may in some instances, however, also be shared internally. Please note in that respect that our employees are compelled to respect the confidential nature of your personal data.
